Alec was absolutely incredible to work with! I hired him for both my new home purchase and old home sale. He's so attentive, professional and thorough. You can tell he actually cares for what's best for you throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending and hiring again later in the future.

Alec helped us find our new home and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, always prompt, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator. He quickly and fully understood our needs vs wants and negotiated efficiently once we found what we were looking for. He is also highly personable and a real, genuine pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Alec to anyone without question.

Alec is a force to be reckoned with; he’s thoughtful, always available, and will go the extra mile no matter the request. He made sure we set the right price and hit the market at the right time when selling. His marketing skills were exceptional, and he walked us through the whole process to make it seamless. When it came to buying our dream home, Alec was quick to get us a viewing before anyone else and got our offer on the table minutes later. He was incredible with negotiations and we had an accepted offer the next day. We couldn’t be more grateful to have him in our corner as an agent and a friend. We would recommend him to everyone and anyone.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Alec was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Truly exemplary service—highly recommended!
